Tenant

The tenant can submit issues and service requests in his account. If the problem is for his responsibility, the tenant will be notified. He also receives tips & tricks to solve the problem without a serviceman. This provides fast solutions and good service! Tenant satisfaction is increased with the following smart features:

Service man

The service man receives repairs and malfunctions appointed by the property manager or owner. The servicer can accept and reject this. Upon acceptance, the service man can send quotes and invoices directly to the manager via the app. He or she can also chat with the tenant about the issue and to make an appointment.
